You feel energized one day, and just unable to move on the next. On top of that, society expects you to continue pushing forward through your busy schedule.
Many women on a fitness journey feel that the fitness model doesn’t operate based on the feminine hormonal cycle. This is the problem I would like to solve through Harmonia. Project Focus Research Learn about the fitness industry, the menstrual cycle, user motivations, and various pain points.

Prototyping Macro and micro user interactionsResearch and AnalysisIn order to create a well-informed system, the initial phase of research started with building a strong understanding of the menstrual cycle and how it affects fitness. Since each stage of the feminine hormonal cycle affects a woman’s energy levels differently, there are different suggestions for the type of workout. Then I looked at the fitness trends of 2022. My research showed that living in a post-pandemic world pushed us towards programs with at-home options. In order to maintain seamless legibility across various platforms, I chose different expressions of the sans serif, Proxima Nova. It has a contemporary appearance while also providing a wide variety of weights and styles.
