In an interview with a clinical social worker, I learned that social anxiety is one of the most prevalent mental health issues among younger generations living in a post-pandemic society. Motivated by my passion for helping people, I researched the four types of anxiety—social, appearance, character, and skill-driven. Collaborating closely with my client, we developed a deck of cards designed to resonate with young people facing these challenges while incorporating Christian values. Each category of social anxiety is represented by a distinct suit and color, creating a visually engaging and meaningful connection.
